My money is simply not paid out

Well, how should I explain it? I had free spins which I wagered 40 times so that they were then real money. I wanted to pay out my money. I have paid out several times and each time it is credited back to my player account but it was confirmed that it was sent to me. Unfortunately, I have no emails to prove it. I am asking for your help because I have also deposited real money, €40, and my money is still not being paid out and this casino does not respond to any emails or threats.
