Can you get consultation/help here on how to resolve disagreements with b-Bets Casino. In brief. I have deposited €900 in b-Bets and the balance is currently €2300. When I try to withdraw my money, they inform me that I have violated the recycling agreement. I haven't received any complaints from them about it. However, I have fulfilled the recycling requirement, but at the beginning my contributions were apparently too large.

Hey, I assume you took the bonus and are referring to the wagering requirements that applied to it. I see you wrote that you successfully fulfilled them and won some of it. Is there a maximum cashout applied to this bonus ? What specifically did you violate, did the casino tell you ?

I made the credentials for the b-Bets betting site. I made the bets offered on the site, with stakes ranging from €10-200. I have deposits in my b-Bets account totaling more than €900. About €2,300 cash has accumulated in the game account.

When we started asking about the situation of possible withdrawals, it came up that I haven't recycled their betting bonus in the right way. I recycled the 100€ required by that recycling bonus + the 40€ required recycling x 16 is done (€2240) and the meter following that recycling finally showed me that I got it done. When I asked about the withdrawal again, b-Bets' customer service informed me that I had violated the bonus conditions by placing too many bets. The betting bonus is attached to deposits rather insidiously and I wasn't particularly interested in it in the first place. b-Bets' customer service suggested to me that they would change that around 2300 euros to 400 euros and I could try to recycle it again according to the rules.

I think the proposal is outrageous and that bonus recycling is a complete misleading of the customer. We are fun players and for us this is just a nice pastime. Is there any chance of getting the money ever repatriated?

I am asking because this is not an area we deal with here as we do not have the experts and sufficient insight.

However, as far as the bonus is concerned, the explanation that you have placed a lot of bets seems a bit strange to me. Is it also described in the Terms and Conditions ?
