Saw your complaint and I have to say bank transfers tend to be problematic in every casino, it's a slow payment method and it usually requires additional checkings and verification. If your account was already verified and you were playing with a clean deposit and wagered your deposit the required amount of times there is really no excuse to reject or delay the withdrawal. Good luck with the complaint
Since you already filed a complaint you just have to wait until the casino reacts to it, I don't really see any reason to block your account since you were playing with clean cash and account was already verified, I suppose they simply don't want to pay out, your withdrawal seems to be slightly over their monthly withdrawal limit which is 15000 USD, not EUR, but still not a reason to block an account, it's really unprofessional to just block an user and not provide a reason. Good luck
When you have an open complaint you should leave the balance untouched, even if the casino puts it back as playable balance, if you feel an urge to gamble it away you should request the casino to block betting in your account, gambling away your winnings just makes the case impossible to solve and the casino happily keeps your money
My friend I don't check the balance while I gamble. These scammers appear to have canceled the payouts and credited the player's account to gamble it. I've noticed this many times and have reported to the support team but these people are unhelpful and just want to rip players off and get around these scammers only process small withdrawals (a buddy of mine withdrew €50 and it was transferred immediately and the casino gets good reviews for that) how stupid this casino is. But when it comes to thousands, they delay processing and just look for excuses so you don't get your winnings. Who does that but a scammer?
I understand, the casino handed back the balance as playable, but why you play in a casino that is mistreating you holding withdrawals? You shouldn't reward a casino that is scamming you, that's exactly what a casino wants you to do when they cancel your withdrawals, it's better to not play with the balance and just wait until the situation is sorted out. Also, it would be helpful if you exposed your case in the casino thread, that way potential users see it: https://casino.guru/rickycasino-review#tab=js-tab-discussion
My friend,
I didn't want anything from this casino, I don't need the profit either.
The only thing that annoys me is that this casino has a very good rating on Casino Guru.
I would like to warn and protect all casino lovers from this. Don't lose the money to these disrespectful scoundrels.
I will do my best to blacklist this casino.
Even if you didn't want the money, you shouldn't give casinos easy money, just saying! I recently had problems with other Dama casino (Kosmonaut casino), they forced to wager a lost deposit, previously I had all Dama casinos in my personal ban list but decided to give them an extra chance, but now I'm putting them back into my banned casinos list. I do agree with you, if they process 3 digits withdrawals quickly they should complete bigger withdrawals too, as long as they do not surpass the withdrawal limit, Dama is a huge conglomerate so there is no much excuse to deny payouts
But everyone does or 🙂
Playing casinos and not accepting this would be very naïve for anyone.
I don't think it's fair either, but unfortunately that's the way it is and will always be the case as long as money rules the world 🙂
do I think it's good? No absolutely not! But who cares. 😀
I have to admit that my favorite games are DAMA NV and HOLLYCORN casinos.
I don't know why it varies so much from country to country, but I really haven't had any problems with them.
8 out of 10 deposits usually go to DAMA and often to HOLLYCORN so I personally can't say anything bad about them.
I really know a lot worse 😀
Have a nice day amigo ✊🏻✊🏿
Problem is management for each casino, a casino can belong to a conglomerate but differ a lot, for example, Bitstarzs is owned by Dama and it's a great casino, but they also run others that aren't half as good as Bitstarz. I have never tested any Hollycorn casino if I'm not wrong, I don't know that conglomerate. And still individual user experience can differ a lot, but as soon as many players come up with similar issues then alarms set off, a good example of that is Scatterhall casino
All of them are not good, I absolutely agree.
There's always good and bad.
It is important that you can sort this out well. 🙂
Scatterhall is really under all dignity, you don't experience something that bad every day.
But that's how it is. 🙂 have a nice day amigo ✊🏻✊🏾
I haven't come across their thread recently, I suppose people just gave up with them, unless the casino tries to make a comeback and pay, still repairing their image will take them ages
Kind regards ✌
I'm not convinced the management intends to reclaim what was once lost - If you allow me to comment.
Take another example - Wild Pharaoh - Yes, CasinoStreamer88 - I DO remember you saying that 😀:
