You actually do not know how it works, but still, you proclaim it's crap.

I don't get it.

To start over: This is the forum, we do not handle requests, complaints, or investigations here. This is a place for communication.

You came here and described your concerns, so I offered to wait for the official response since the license holder is the last instance at the moment. I also mentioned you could inform our data team, and provided you with an email.

Alternatively, we handle issues through complaints. Do the necessary step, sent the email, or submit the complaint.

Have you noticed no one else aside from you has ever described the same situation here? Are we really supposed to change the rating solely based on your posts here?

That would not be right. First, we investigate - for that we need some basic information.

The MGA also needs some hints first, so please cooperate.

Otherwise, it's crap 🙁.

Yes, we're an affiliate page - it's obviously pointless to say we are different since you made your choice already.

You’re full of crap.

You’re also stupid if you can’t see their are numerous people who have experienced the same with aspire, just look at the forum posts.

you’re affiliate scum and don’t help, you have no power and just look at the way you have behaved with scatterhall. You let players keep depositing, you have good reviews for bad casinos and it’s all down to who gives you the best kick back on affiliation.

If you’re going to have a career making money off losses of players at least have a bit of integrity and admit it.

Pathetic.

Would you focus on the basics? Without complaints, there is nothing we can do about that.

That's for Aspire. Can you point out a concrete casino? It should be easier to explain with a concrete example.

As goes for Scatterhall, did you take some time and read the review?

"We've thoroughly reviewed Scatterhall Casino and marked it as a fresh online casino. It hasn't been operating for long enough, so it's too soon for us to give it a normal reputation rating we give to established casinos. In our review, we've considered the casino's player complaints, estimated revenues, license, games genuineness, customer support quality, fairness of terms and conditions, withdrawal and win limits, and other factors. Because Scatterhall Casino is related to other online casinos listed below, its rating is also influenced by them. So, if you were ever wondering whether this casino is safe and legit or a scam, read the full review below to learn more.

According to our research and estimates, Scatterhall Casino is a smaller online casino revenue-wise. It's a part of a group of related casinos, however, this group is still quite small even when evaluated as a whole. The revenue of a casino is an important factor, as bigger casinos shouldn't have any issues paying out big wins, while smaller casinos could potentially struggle if you manage to win really big.

We have found no relevant complaints about this casino."

Meaning - as a fresh casino it's virtually unknown - must be proven by time.

What did you expect us to do? We were told exactly the same as the players were. Did you know the casino was lying? How did you manage that?

We do not actively ask players to play in casinos, so we are hardly responsible for such a situation. The casino is. I think you're not reasonable at the moment, and criticizing is the easiest response.

FYI: The reputation is not for sale, and many casinos with a good reputation are in no affiliate relation with us, believe it or not.

Stay well!
