What you describe kind of sounds like a scamming practise. Cool and very convenient winnings yet once you want to withdraw, you need to deposit a portion of the winnings. Which usually breaks the spell.

quick update


all documents are verified, I’ve had a pending withdraw for a day and a half.

I’ve been told it’s at least 48 hours , not sure if that’s normal it’s a crypto withdraw which I assumed would be quicker.


will update if withdraw goes though.

Had a good experience over the last few months, this week has been a longer than normal withdrawal time.

Email to costumer support who informed me they have technical issues reg withdrawal, I thought nothing of it.

checked reviews online today and they have been saying this to customers for months.

i wonder if this is an isolated issue ?

Could it be that their payment provider is not working properly, and finding a new one these days is not an easy task. So yes, it could be the flow but more associated with the technical aspect. I'm simply expressing the general observations I've made. Funny thing, casinos are capable of paying because funds are no real pain here but finding a payment provider who can access the highly regulated UKGC market may be quite a quest...
