I will say this I play at many casinos had some straight up crooks ( a few) some instant some in 48 hours from what I've seen it's my understanding smaller to mid size casinos have to kind of make the $$ first to keep the cycle running**** sometimes I wonder also because when I send it's there in minutes I had issues on my 2nd here at legends after requesting a vip agent not a css they said we will fix it I got it straight 20 minutes later was in my wallet ( now in my opinion 5-7 days to approve( standard btc then 7-10( business days is too long) I've done only coindraw until this one ( 4days) to the minute but more you win they take away bonuses and quick paying options so now I'm waiting to on standard btc

Have you asked for vip instead of css

Vip can usually tell u the day u get paid while a css agent knows nothing

So i got a chip for 250 free from Lucky Legends. I used it and ended up winning a little over 2000.00. So i satisfied the playthrough and when i was done with that they took out everything so i would have the maximum withdraw balance which was 500.00 which was fine. I played another 100 then went to withdraw my 400.00. That's when all the problems started. They wanted 10 dollars deposit to verify my crypto wallet which i did. That didn't I seem to matter because after that they wanted my ID a utility bill and another crypto address for verification. I had all of this but it took them about 3 days to tell me everything that I needed to send in. So I send everything in, and they tell me it'll be about 7 to 10 days. So this was on the first of this month. It is now the 13th and it is still waiting to be approved. So I got on with customer service and they said I need to send my verification again! Are you serious I just spent three days sending my verification in 2 weeks ago what's going on with this casino they don't pay out!

You just beginning to go through this little dog and pony show I put in for $1,000 on it second of March and haven't heard a single thing other than it's in the process. They didn't even ask for my Bitcoin address even though that's how they're supposed to give me my money that's kind of funny and not haha funny I'm so angry I could bite through a nail with these people they're ripping everybody off systematically and been laughing at us from the Netherlands where they're based at if they were Within Reach of me I would go to jail believe me sorry you were going through this brother you're not alone

The verification thing is a ruse they are unlicensed and they don't report to anybody they don't care who you are or where you are they got your money and you ain't and that's all that matters. I have thought about it and thought about it it burned me up for a month. I have come to the conclusion that there is bound to be somewhere in US law statements pertaining to this type of activity. Laws against this kind of chicanery. I have decided that I will look and try to find some way to hold them responsible for this kind of activity. I'm not a lawyer but I can read and understand what I'm reading and I'm willing to stand up and you're not going to do this without me doing something about it. Only thing that can be done cuz they in the Netherlands brother but they ripping us off in our own living rooms that makes us law pertainable. Good luck getting your money I hate this it's wrong they should be ashamed they should be held accountable.

I can't believe that there is no regulations regarding the length of time it takes for them to process a withdrawal. There is no way that several other online casinos can pay out in 24 hours or less sometimes once all require documentation has been received and this place can't pay out for nearly a month is what I'm being told they try to break it down into seven to 10 business days for this and 7 to 10 business days for that add a real casino nobody waits for more than 5 minutes to get their money that they won. The only thing that I can think of would be that they don't have any money so they have to wait until money comes in to be able to pay people out

If you're waiting to get paid by Lucky Legends don't hold your breath I still haven't been paid in that since March 2nd they're not going to pay me they don't want to pay me and they're going to rip me off and what can I do they're overseas I have no way getting what they owe me they took the Thousand I had on the books approved at everything supposedly they'll tell you a lot of crap to string you along I guess they figure you'll gamble some more they can get that money too before you figure out you're not going to get paid since they are not registered they don't have to do nothing take your money good luck man if you did get them to pay you let me know how cuz I want to get them to pay me by God

The worst part about this place is that they lure you in thinking you're going to get paid if you win and then they don't pay it and oh well that's your money gone but they're overseas what you going to do
