This casino is a joke of a site, and casino gurus complaint form isn't much better.
3 or so months ago Amunra upgraded their website and all pending sports bets before the site upgrade disappeared from my account history, the same day the upgrade was done and the site was live i went to the live chat to enquire what happened to my pending bets, and was told all the pending bets would be voided and refunded the same day. That was 3 months ago now and i still haven't received a cent.
I send them emails weekly and get on the live chat to ask for an update and all i get in return is a generic copy and paste response 'this issue has been raised with the relevant department and will be looked at as soon as possible'
And onto casino guru, I provided them the pending bets i luckily screenshot prior to amunra upgrading and also the backstory to what happened for them to try to be a mediator between myself and amunra. For them to reply back that they are going to reject the complaint.
Didn't even look into, how poor from such a reputable site
