here is my whole situation atm: Hi everyone,

I would like to ask if anyone here has had a similar experience with AmonBet.

I requested a withdrawal of 77,000 HUF via bank transfer. My account was fully verified and there were no outstanding verification issues.

According to AmonBet support, the withdrawal was approved and processed on August 22, 2026 at 20:56 UTC. They told me it was sent as a SEPA bank transfer through their payment provider.

However, the payment never reached my Wise account.

Afterwards, the withdrawal was reversed/rejected and the money was returned to my AmonBet balance.

After that, i have withdrew again 50.000 HUF, they aprooved the withdrawal (it was on aug. 25.

What concerns me most is that I received no proper notification or explanation about the reversal. I only noticed that the funds had returned to my balance. There was no clear email explaining why the withdrawal had failed, what exactly happened with the payment provider, or whether there was a problem with my bank details.

I contacted their support, but they could not give me a specific reason. They simply said that the payment provider had rejected the transaction and that they did not know why.

There was also some confusion regarding the payment method. AmonBet told me that they had sent HUF via SEPA, even though SEPA transfers are EUR payments. When I asked them about this, I was not given a clear explanation of how the HUF payment was actually processed.

I have now been told to submit a new withdrawal, but before doing that I would like to understand what actually happened to the first one.

The live support is actually useless, and via email i can't get any answer from them, however i have sent multiple emails before...

I also contacted WISE and they told me that they haven't reversed any transaction, and didnt saw any incoming transaction to my account

Thanks for putting the whole timeline together. It makes the situation much clearer.

From what you describe, the original 77,000 HUF withdrawal was approved, but it never reached your Wise account and was eventually returned to your AmonBet balance. Wise also told you that they neither received nor reversed any incoming payment.

So at this point, it seems clear that the first payment route failed somewhere, but we still don't really know whether the problem occurred with AmonBet, their payment provider, an intermediary bank, or simply because of the way the transfer was set up. What I don't particularly like here is that nobody seems willing to give you a proper explanation or any useful payment reference that would allow the transaction to be traced.

The good thing is that the first 77,000 HUF wasn't lost and eventually came back to your casino balance.

Now you have the second withdrawal of 50,000 HUF from August 25. Since that one has already been approved as well, I would definitely leave it untouched and avoid cancelling it or playing with the funds if they are returned again.

For now, I would give this second withdrawal some more time. We normally allow up to 14 days for withdrawals to be fully processed, especially when payment providers or bank transfers are involved.

If the 50,000 HUF also fails, gets returned again, or simply doesn't arrive after that period, then I think there would be a much clearer basis for our complaint team to look into the repeated withdrawal problem.

And definitely keep the confirmation from Wise, the AmonBet chat transcripts, emails, withdrawal history, and anything showing when the first payment was approved and later reversed. If the same thing happens twice, those records could become quite important.

Please keep us updated on what happens with the 50,000 HUF withdrawal. Hopefully this time it actually reaches your account.

They still refuse to give me any kind of payment proof, would like to get some help in this case

Their response was:

"It was not processed by the system."

That's it. No further explanation, no payment confirmation, no transaction details.

Funny because earlier they told me its already been processed....

They are now telling me to wait another 7 days, and if the money still hasn't arrived, I should provide a bank statement, after which they will supposedly escalate the issue.

Honestly, this is becoming ridiculous. A withdrawal was reversed without any proper explanation, and now the replacement withdrawal apparently wasn't even processed by their system. Yet instead of providing a clear answer or proof of payment, I'm being told to simply wait another week.

At this point, I just want a straightforward answer from AmonBet:

What exactly happened to my withdrawal, why was it reversed, and has my new withdrawal actually been sent or not?

It's not even a big withdrawal, 50.000 HUF is around 200 USD. What the hell is this scam site, not to mention they have a referal program, and ive already invited around 80 peoples

If you guys reach out to Amonbet, and they tell you that i need to reach out directly to their support, it will be a nonsense chat for sure based on my experience

Don't know if there are any other way to finally solve this issue

Their latest explanation certainly doesn't make the situation any clearer.

Earlier you were told that the withdrawal had been processed, while now you're being told that it "was not processed by the system." Without a payment confirmation or transaction reference, those two explanations are difficult to reconcile.

Since your second withdrawal was requested on August 25, I would still give it the full 14 days we normally allow for a withdrawal to be processed. Their request to wait another 7 days therefore more or less brings us to that point. If the money is still missing afterwards, provide the bank statement they requested and keep their response together with all the previous communication.

I also want to keep expectations realistic here. AmonBet currently has a Very Low Safety Index of 2.1 on our site, with a very poor complaint history. We currently record 28 unresolved complaints against the casino, and unfortunately the casino has also shown a pattern of not cooperating with our complaint team.

That doesn't mean your withdrawal cannot still arrive, but I wouldn't want to give you false reassurance either.

If the 50,000 HUF is still missing once the 14-day period has passed, let us know. At that point I think it would make sense to submit a complaint with us so the whole sequence, the first reversed withdrawal, the contradictory explanations and the second missing payment can be documented properly. Just bear in mind that based on the casino's previous complaint history, their cooperation cannot be guaranteed.

And definitely don't deposit any further money there while this remains unresolved.

Yes, some casinos may not always be visible to every player on our website because of country restrictions, regulations, or similar reasons.

If this happens again, there are a few ways you can deal with it.

If you’re able to use a VPN while browsing Casino Guru, that can help you find casinos that may otherwise be hidden because of your location.

If you can’t use a VPN, you can still submit a complaint. One option is to select another casino that appears in the complaint form and clearly explain in the complaint text which casino your case is actually about. Our team can then correct it.

There should also be an option below the casino search field along the lines of "Casino not in the list above?". You can use that if you can’t find the casino and provide the relevant details, such as the casino’s website address.

So even if a casino doesn’t appear in the list, there are still ways to submit the complaint. Just a small tip for the future in case you run into the same problem again.
