Alvynn refusing withdrawal

Hello,

All verified, KYC, email, won 1900. Refused the withdrawal of 1900 so I withdrew the limit of 1000. This was on May 3rd. Have contacted them via live chat and email multiple times...

Now the site won't let me on... I have screenshot of the withdrawal request.

Please advise.

They just don't want to pay...

I wouldn't give up if I were you. We'll see if the complaint gets resolved or not. Then you can decide whether to just let it go. 

hi I have the same problem. My withdrawal has been pending since May 26, 2026. I already ask for some update, via chat and email. All the same answer:

Hello, if the casino sent you just a generic message like that after two weeks, I’d probably submit a complaint right away. I think they could at least provide some specific information, like whether something is going on or not, because this leaves the player in the dark, with no choice but to wait and no idea how long that will take.

How can you help??? They are located in an unknown country with no way to send a complaint. I am going to contact the federal government of Canada and report if necessary

Verification is complete. I didn't use a bonus. I've been waiting for my €1000 withdrawal since June 27th. Support is just stalling me with standard replies.

I would like to mention that with casinos, we usually give them 14 days to pay out a player, and you are already getting quite close to that timeframe.

I saw that your complaint is already in the review stage, so I think it should be opened soon. I am also curious to see how this develops further, especially since you mentioned that you were not playing with a bonus, you are verified, and you had some successful withdrawals from this casino before.

Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for my money too. Nothing's happened. A withdrawal of €1000 was made on June 30, 2026.

May I ask how long the payout took, i.e., when was the money in your account?
