Won $460 in 8 bets and they have started investigating my account because of "questionable matches", whatever that means. They also can't give me a time frame for this investigation so it could take ages.

To begin with, I wanted to write information about this casino here. If my issue is not resolved with the withdrawal of money, then I will be forced to file a complaint on the casino.guru website. they talk about withdraw in 12 hours. Yes and no… my €50 withdraw as a test was payd in 2 hours. Now I have 2 withdraws in total €1.000 and waiting more then 24 hour. But the chat several times, they told me to wait..


the terms&conditions are false and not right. I’m afraid I will never recieve my €1.000 euro withdraw.. casino destroy themself.. if everything was working fine, the withdraw as well it was the best of the best.
