This period is very bad for casinos, even though your device is clean of cookies and your internet is very good, the games are crashing, resulting in you losing.
Good day to you. 🙂
Does this happen to you often across multiple casinos and different casinos in general?
If you have a good internet connection, have already cleared your cookies, and so on, it would probably be worth finding out why this keeps happening. Have you tried contacting any of the casinos where you experienced similar issues?
Sometimes the problem could potentially be on the game provider's side or with the servers that the casinos use to provide the games, although I am not saying that this is necessarily their fault.
It might be worth asking the casino about it or checking whether there is anything else you could try. They may be able to suggest something that could help, especially since you already have a good internet connection and have cleared your cookies.
Also, if this happens frequently at the casinos you play at, does it happen with a specific game provider, or does it occur across different games and providers?
I definitely wouldn't want to keep playing somewhere where these kinds of issues happen regularly, as it doesn't make for a very pleasant gaming experience.
Well, based on what I can see, you don’t have an open complaint with either of the two casinos regarding this issue. In any case, I’d appreciate it if you could answer my question, because from what you’ve written, I understand what the problem is and that the games are crashing, but on the other hand, I think you’ve provided too little information.
I asked whether you also tried to resolve this with the casino. You said that you complained to them, so did they tell you anything about it?
Feel free to send me the link to the complaint you were dealing with us about, the one that we weren’t able to resolve.
Regarding Casoola Casino, I can see your two most recent complaints, both of which you apparently marked as resolved, but I don’t see any complaint where you addressed the issue you’re describing now. In the most recent one, you were dealing with KYC, and in the one before that, you were dealing with account closure.
Hello, thank you for the screenshots, so it has been about the Ritzo Casino. I have to admit that complaints about Ritzo are different from those about the Casolo. In the first of those cases, the complaint reached a stage where the mediators could not resolve it in your favor. I can see the explanation in the first case as following:
"The player from Greece reported losing money due to technical problems at Ritzo Casino Chicken Road, where the casino acknowledged the issues but did not accept responsibility for the lost funds. The player closed his account without providing any supporting evidence such as gameplay records or videos to verify the alleged malfunction. The complaint was rejected and closed due to the lack of verifiable information and no active issue to investigate. It was noted that assistance could not be provided effectively in this case."
The complaint is here and went nowhere. 👈
The second case sadly did not pass the initial approval step; the way it was submitted could not have been accepted. The message is not a complaint request after all:
"I deposited €10, it gave me a €4 bonus, total 14, I played €4, the bonus, I removed the bonus, the balance was €5.65, please refund the €10, make the withdrawal and stop, this is not reasonable."
Please let me know if I can dig up something else for you. I understand it must have been hard, but please remember that complaints are not a refund service. 🙏
Alright, but if something like this had actually happened, I believe it would have been possible to obtain your game history or other relevant records from the casino to verify what occurred.
From what I saw, and based on what Radka wrote, you unfortunately didn’t provide anything that our team could really work with. Without any evidence, it’s very difficult to approach the casino and investigate the situation in a meaningful way.
I also don’t think closing your account helped in this case. In fact, I believe it was one of the worst decisions you could have made. If we were trying to investigate the issue, it’s much harder to do so once the account has already been closed.
If the game malfunctioned and you believed there was a technical error, the best approach would have been to open a complaint with us right away, explain exactly what happened, and then wait to see what information or evidence our team needed from you. We could have contacted the casino to request things like your gameplay history or other records to determine whether there really was a technical issue.
Of course, I understand that most people don’t think to take a screenshot or record a video when something unexpected happens. It’s perfectly normal, you don’t expect a game to malfunction or fail to credit your winnings.
However, closing the account and then asking us to help, while having no evidence for us to work with, makes the situation much more difficult to investigate.
I know it must have all been difficult to go through. If you are in a similar position, try to get any proof that may help your case. I and Jaro said that before but you are in a more general sphere, which is not the way mediators could challenge the casino and stand your ground. Please take screenshots, collect details and begin recording when anything weird occurs. We are just saying that words are not enough to prove the casino wrong. Of course, no one has been saying you were always wrong.
