For days. However I can deposit or withdraw money.

They just copy-paste the same answer ''The Security Department is waiting for requested files''. I sent them 3 different types of photos of my id. They find another excuse every time or they reply like i mentioned above.

I sent them an official gov document of my id, not accepted.

I sent them photos of id that I took with my phone, their answer was ''Provide us with uncompressed images. Send the requested files through the full version of your email service web-site.

Make sure that the size of the sent file exceeds 1 MB''.


I gave up.

What you could do, if they still don't want to close your account and you don't have any remaining balance there, you could actually ask someone close to you to change the password to their site, and never tell you what the password is.

You know what I mean? That way, you won't be able to go back to that casino.
