They did this to me . It's so you cannot attempt to try and withdraw . Mayb will change back at some point . Not that it will make any difference I dont think

Would there be any point reaching out to the game providers .. letting them know players are playing their games on these sites in good faith and not getting paid when they win . Surely they dont want these sites profiting from their games and reputation ???

We all know that gambling is a risk and you can accept that you may win or lose but to risk your money when no matter what you wont win is a practice that must be able to be stopped no matter who the regulator is . It should not be allowed to happen . They are playing with not only peoples money but their mental health . Its discusting.

Casinos with poor ratings (5-6 on Guru) include a large number of scam casinos or their reserves. I haven't been able to withdraw thousands of dollars since last year. Combined with this, the amount would exceed $10,000. However, the amount deposited itself is less than 1,000 dollars in total. Even if I make money at the casino, I can't turn it into cash. (It's illegal in my country, so if you withdraw, you're a criminal.) Regardless of the fact that there are thousands of real casinos = pachinko parlors in the city) However, as a result of playing at online casinos and not going to pachinko parlors, something surprising happened. You don't lose much at online casinos. Money that cannot be used in real life continues to increase at the casino. And because I don't go to pachinko parlors, my real money is no longer reduced. Even if you can't withdraw money, whether it's cryptocurrency or Payz, it doesn't change the fact that you are playing at the casino. Let's give up and lose the money that cannot be withdrawn by playing in a fraudulent casino. And it's not a bad idea to make an effort to lower their rating in the guru. It is also important not to increase the number of next victims

Update - I have spoken with the head of Europe for Evolution gaming and they are looking into removing themselves from 7bets.io and also the other SCAM casinos!

Evolution gaming don’t want to have an association with SCAM sites this will hurt them! Also sent 7bets an email telling them what I have done …. Have had plenty of time to refund my deposits !

If they have all the game providers off the SCAM site they won’t have any players!

Oh, did you email them ? Did they confirm that they will avoid this casino and not offer their games or what ?

Also, did the casino reply to your email or is it still ignoring you like it did in the complaint ? I thought they would take a stand and try to resolve the situation, but it seems to me that they don't have much of a plan. 😥

7bets casino is operated by Alimaniere Sociedad De Responsabilidad Limitada (company number 3-102-824430), this company is affiliated with the company Altacore NV, which operates several casinos that have a good reputation in casino gurus and they answer and react to player complaints. it was not hard to find that these two twins are with each other. However, there is something fishy about this.

I LinkedIn message the Head of Europe for Evolution and they are looking into it!

If found guilty they will take all the games off the casino of all the brands!

Still ignoring me … got though on live chat yesterday told me to email .. even though it’s been 50+ emails now and blocked that too now I think!

Not even given any reason why mu account is closed! No emails … infact it’s a Police matter too as they also are investigating and also my bank!

Either way I will bring the casino down and get my money … all they have to do it pay - if your reading this 7bets.io …. Pay my £1600 in deposits and will call it quits … if you want the hard way .. I will bring all the casinos down you SCAMMERS!

that is interesting, but still it doesnt help.

These guys had good intentions in the first place. But then something happend, probably bankruptcy.

They were short funded and the business never took off.

They have very well made site. Very clear and fast. Sportsbook section and poker. Everything works.

They know what they are doing.. Except they dont have the funds, and now they have turned into zombies.

They have daily new customers still dumping money in for sure, still they cant be banking in too much can they. They have expensive costs running all this.

They mailed me some very well prepared sportsbook bonus offer a moment ago..

Just seen this review from May by someone ….: it’s a massive SCAM been doing it for years probably!!!

I feel like acting to violence but that won’t get my anywhere!!

Review submitted in:   ● Date: May 12, 2023 ● User's IP address: 217.104.*.*Hello, first of all I want to warn everyone. About the casinos. Which fall under Alimaniere sociedad including Ninbet casino. It is a large criminal organization. Some money not paid out. I won 800 euros weeks ago. And they supposedly paid me off. But only say we can do nothing more. Via mail. Then the live chat immediately disappeared. What I see via a different IP address that the live chat is there. Then they blocked my email. I've already asked 10 times for proof that they transferred money. They responded to email once. And then said it has been transferred. That's all we can do. They say on sites that they have a license in Curacao. Which is also incorrect. Never play at a casino of Alimaniere Sociedad which is located in Costa Rica. The head office also has no address, is a big scam gang all casinos of Alimaniere sociedad. And unbelievable that it is still possible in 2023.

Good for you if you are serious.. Your typing style doesnt seem like you are fully on to this.. But if you have got that far really, i salute you.. Im going to sleep now, thanks for the work you have putten into this. Im really sure many people would thank you if they knew, and you are making a big gesture for future possible victims also.

Millions? I really doubt that. People rarely put a lot money in if they are not fully sure that the site is reliable.

Found this also on Casino Guru about the licensing authority … have you been in touch with these people Casino Guru …… all under the same licence if not ……. Can you do so too

It seems this topic became quite popular in recent days and weeks so I'd like to share a brief summary that I received from our Complaints team. It provides general tips about How to contact the Antillephone N.V. (Curaçao) licensing authority:

Antillephone N.V. also has an official website, but again there is no information to be found regarding player complaints. However, on the Antillephone N.V. validator page, there is the following paragraph:

"Antillephone should only be contacted by players when they believe an Operator is in breach of their license. All disputes with an Operator about a payout, a blocked account, a delay, broken features and so on, should first be taken up directly with the Operator. If no resolution is found there are number of independent bodies you can contact, which should be listed on the Operator website."

Players that wish to submit a complaint can only contact Antillephone via email here: complaints@gaminglicences.com.

We can also recommend the following article describing the process of submitting a complaint to the Antillephone N.V. (Curaçao) licensing authority: https://casino-howto.com/blog/how-to-file-a-complaint-to-curacao-antillephone/

Other contact details for Antillephone N.V.

Address: Heelsumstraat, 51 E-Commerce Park, Curaçao

To contact the Antillephone N.V. licensing authority in Curaçao, you can follow these steps:

Visit their Official Website: Start by visiting the official website of Antillephone N.V. if they have one. Most licensing authorities provide contact information, application forms, and guidelines on their websites.

Check Contact Information: Look for a "Contact Us" or "Contact Information" section on their website. You should find details such as phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses for their offices.

Email: If you prefer to contact them via email, use the provided email addresses for inquiries or support.

Phone: You can call the phone numbers listed on their website to speak directly with a representative. They can guide you through the licensing process and address any questions or concerns you may have.

Mailing Address: If necessary, you can send written correspondence to their physical address. Make sure to use the correct postal address provided on their website.

In-Person Visit: If you happen to be in Curaçao or are planning to visit, you can also consider visiting their offices in person. Check their office hours and location on their website or contact them in advance to schedule an appointment if needed.

Social Media: Some organizations maintain active social media profiles, so you may also try reaching out to them through platforms like Twitter or Facebook if they have official accounts.

Please note that contact information and procedures may change, so it's essential to verify the most up-to-date information on the Antillephone N.V. website or through other official channels before attempting to contact them.
