Yes in the end I only actually deposited £30 but I watched my balance reach £4000 . Mentally I had to play it down . Had it been a legitimate site .. mayb would of allowed myself 1 or 200 to play with but £4000 is almost like winning a lottery to me but in my mind I had the thought I did it once .. but they play on your mindset .. gamblers will just play it down while waiting to be verified then we wont have to pay out anyway so for most you are correct and its what casinos like this one rely on ..

You were very unfortunate and ran into pure scam. There are not too many scams that turn out the scams. There are scams alot, but they are more easily spottable.

My point is, if you continue your gambling online. I suggest checking DAMA casinos. They pay winnings, have the most competitive bonuses, and like 50-60 sites, that are all solid.

Someone was scammed, and then once the customer lost hope of getting his funds after sometime, he played the winnings back. Then the Winsmania profile replied "player lost his funds back so there is nothing we can do". Where in reality, they wouldnt have answered anything if the player had just kept winnings on his balance.

Maybe its management is selective when it comes to dealing with complaints. If I'm not mistaken, though, we do not have any direct contact to stay in touch. It's not that uncommon for such casinos with quite a low safety index.

Guru representative cant deal with one certain customer via Skype, if he really has connection to these scammers. No player has gotten paid ever for what we know. What information could be waiting? Only real thing could be for wait is if you have to contact game provider, but its for normal casinos.

This is not a bank robbery scene, were 7bets crew has taken hostages. But they treat these scammers like we are in such situation.

I think some casino guru representatives manage some contact with casino as they did in my case but same as customers I think they cease contact when they know they cannot justify their actions or do not wish to resolve

Thankyou . I know you guys were all rooting for me and hoped it would have a different result . I think mine was one of the first cases at this casino but now I see there are so many more almost exactly the same . I am still very disappointed and just worried that someday someone wont take it so well. Its just not fair but what can you do ? 😒 Am just waiting for their score to turn into a minus 😊
