Hi, I looked into it and from what I can see the reason was that our system detected too many similarities with other user reviews that were submitted on this casino. It is only ever possible to enter a user review from one account and that means one user review on a given casino per account. I hope I have explained it well.

Yes, I get that you still have no answer, which I think is a pity because it would have been useful, why you still haven't been verified when you sent what was needed. If by any chance you received new information from the casino about your verification would it be possible to give us a lead?

yes but only 1000rs inr ~10usd per day which is very less when i do complaint casino guru they ask me to do rekyc so i did after that they ask me to do re rekyc means asking for third time so i lost my 100000inr ~1000usd which is very high amount. if i start making withdrawals it will take 100days to complete my 1000usd withdrawal how can be any wait this long so i finished my money and contacted support to close my account they said we didn't find any problem in your account so i said i still want to close my account coz i don't like shit site so they closed my account i am thanking to god that i get out from this rid

i am playing on another site for 6 year they didn't ask me for rekyc and not even decrease my withdrawal limit they are very smooth but unfortunately you cannot play there site is available only for indians
