I am extremely disappointed with my experience on 24betting.com.
I requested a withdrawal of ₹45,000 on April 30, and even after waiting more than 14 days, the amount was not processed and remained in "Pending" status. My account is fully KYC verified, and I have successfully withdrawn smaller amounts in the past, but this large withdrawal has been deliberately delayed.
Additionally, my account shows as "restricted," while I am still able to deposit money. This is highly concerning and indicates unfair and unethical practices.
The situation became worse when the website stopped working and users were redirected to different domains (24playing.com and later to 24.one app). Despite using the same login credentials, my withdrawal issue was never resolved.
There is no proper customer support available. Live chat, ticket options, and response channels are either missing or not functioning.
This behavior clearly raises serious concerns about the credibility and reliability of this platform. I strongly advise other users to stay away from this site to avoid losing money.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating and stressful experience.

Since my issue remains unresolved and the casino has not responded at all, I am considering proceeding with further action. I am planning to raise a complaint through cybercrime authorities as well as through NPCI (UPI dispute), as I have complete payment proof, transaction details, and UPI IDs related to my deposits.

I have no idea if anyone will be able to fix it, and by that I mean you shouldn't waste more money on something that might not yield any results in the end.
