So do I understand correctly that you are going through account verification and need to send the ID or passport to the casino? Why can't these things be provided? Is there an explanation for this?

I submitted it to the casino for approval. I also received a response from the casino. They said that I could not get the ID card I had given, and they asked me to write the date on another piece of paper and attach the ID card to it and send it to Canada. That's why I had to pay. The reason is that my ID card was lost due to a natural disaster, and even though I showed the picture in the Gallery, the casino said that it could not be approved.

If you use the 22bet game website, you will be able to deposit and withdraw money. If you use the ID, you will need to enter it once in the app. Don't be fooled by the idea that you can easily make money by doing nothing.
