If you want to discuss anything related to 21bit Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hello,
I've read about some of the "most interesting" casino bonuses, both positive and, more often, negative, but I think this particular bonus is hard to beat as a negative example. It deserves a special award for this kind of thing at every casino award ceremony... I think it also says a lot about the fact that by the end of 2025 there will hardly be any (5%?) reputable players left in this market. If there were even the slightest regulatory oversight, a player like this would quickly go offline; it's practically fraud, exploiting the customers' trust.
This casino is still listed here on Casino.Guru with Dama as the operator and, as is often the case, was one of their below-average casinos.
Conveniently, as with dozens of others (see https://casinoguru-en.com/forum/casinos/warning---be-careful-with-stable-tech---many-top-rated-casinos#post-234081), the operator name Dama has also been removed from this casino, as they want nothing to do with such dubious offers. Logically, it's pure coincidence that these casinos change ownership without informing customers and then usually attract negative attention, while users think they are playing at Dama.
Now, the name of the mailbox in the adjacent building, the name of another Curacao stall, is printed in small print in the footer.
This time it doesn't mention Stable Tech, presumably they didn't want to damage their reputation any further, or there was a 2-for-1 offer for offshore company formation in Curacao ;p
But now to the reason I mean. If you know of a more unfair offer, I'm curious.
I'm refraining from highlighting it on the screen; you'll quickly realize what kind of unfair cards are being dealt here.

Did you notice it quickly? I wish you lots of fun with your €250 bonus, which you can win after approximately €7,000-€9,000 in wagering. Please note, however, that the maximum win is €50, and this is the maximum amount that will be converted into real money from your bonus after the wagering requirements are met.
Sure, there will certainly be people who say it's okay and reputable if it's communicated beforehand, but if you seriously believe that's reputable, I feel sorry for you. Even a win limit of, say, x1 or x2 of the bonus amount isn't particularly fair, but limiting the maximum win to one-fifth of a €250 bonus is likely "unique." But that's typical of online casinos and the market in 2025, that there are still people who try to legitimize such practices.
Perhaps next week there will be a 1000% bonus, x100 wager and a maximum bet of 50 cents per spin, but with a generous double MaxWin of 100 EUR?
I see your point here, for sure.
Please know that we try to inform our users about every casino we are able to review and include it on our website. So, we include all the casinos here and not just the good ones, as I could say.
It is really nice of you that you came to inform everyone about this bonus offer, and everyone should read the terms before depositing, as you did. This way all the players can decide whether to play with the bonus or not. Right?
Hey, I reached the Diamond level! There's a €500 bonus with 0x wagering requirements.
Naturally, they resisted, claiming they couldn't see anything, etc.
After much back and forth, I stopped by again today, and that's the end of it.
They demoted me back to the Bronze level.
They're all scammers there.
I would strongly advise everyone not to play there.
Here are the screenshots.

Hello, did I understand correctly that you did not receive the mentioned bonus and that your VIP level dropped after a week?
In my opinion, it would be excellent to provide screenshots showing the casino's response to that. Since we know something has happened, it makes sense to learn how casino support explains that.
What do you think?
Hello, yes, that's exactly how it happened. Attached is the email exchange from the VIP Manager.
