And that the casino had promised to pay deenah leaving me and him behind, meanwhile she believed I was him, without stating that the casino provided evidence backing up thier claims....we were only tagged because we had similar complaints.

I read his complaint, she is in charge of our complaint.

She actually closed my complaint because they told her that your account was tagged with mine on the message licensing authority sent to them,and they said we used thesame email adress to open an account on 1win.

It kept me wondering how this is possible.

at first everything seems ok 1win, pays the winnings, even if I have withdrawn small they are, between 100 and 150 euros each time, then suddenly it changes face, slots that seem dead and as soon as you make a small win it becomes impossible to withdraw. refused 20 times a withdrawal of just 100 euros. i've been trying for a while but nothing. the support always says the same things. .look at the case then the payment works great and always works and it is very fast. if I really have to give a tip in general I always say not to play or in any case to play very little money. The timer is mostly fixed on 7days,and it is counted in days and hours....apparently 1 week for replies from every party.

and if they don't answer, what happens?

Yeah at most,but I've seen where the timer is been adjusted by 14days some cases 30days. but its mostly 7days!

That will depend on players who play at it,and ofcourse how thier approach is....i think they do change approaches time to time,sometimes they pay out when players often loses, and sometimes tends to steal from players when they're running low of funds.

Its definitely not a good casino I believe.
