Requested on Saturday 5th April received today 11th April. 6 days not to bad really Hopefully they are all sorted out now at 1red as they seem to be a good casino. Or have been in the past.

hello ! so today after 7 workdays its came a reply from 1red ! about my 900 € withdrawal they say my Bank decline the payment…😂 no Problem they give back my 900 € back and then i maked a account with Mifinity and ask again for a 300 € withdrawal. And i get the payment in 5 min ☺️ then played the rest 600 € and lose it.. then i make a deposit again 300 € from mifinity to 1 red und start to Play Sport betting. i put all this money on two ticket and then cant no more login.. my account was disabled ! the Ticket was am winning….

And also let's not forget that usually they don't proceed with the withdrawals during the weekend. Right?

So, not bad, really, for a casino with such a low safety index. I hope it'll stay like that.

They did the same with me.

Blocking my account and confiscated 27000 euro .

The management of this casino is purely against customers.

They will find reasons to never pay ,this is the rules of the casinos.

They always win.

Is a shame for the casino management,they use sneaky tactics and unfair rules that are not shown even on they're website.

I can say now that this is a scam organisation.

I think we can all see the pattern. It's been here for quite some time, and this particular casino has joined group of others delaying payments all possible and also impossible means. 🙁

Frankly, I'm not in the middle of the events, but I know that my colleagues from several other teams have been pushing their contacts almost daily. Honestly, we can only watch the progress now and consider closing complaints once the casino stops paying out completely. If my memory serves me correctly, the casino has yet to provide a reasonable explanation. Just mess!

I've talked on they're chatt support with so called vip manager and he stated that I have a pending widrawal request for part of my balance left,he stated that needs to be approved,I don't know if is real because after that he refused to answer. I made printscreens with conversation.

Feels like is not real,I think they use ai bot to answer.

I simply can't contact them on email ,from december last year zero answers.

Anyway, as long as you didn't lose any money because of it and you communicated, then it's fine.

How I can contact further the casino? I had a conversation with them on chatt support but after they answer to few questions and told me that they're willing to make a widrawal request for my balance simply blocked me to access chat support,on email they are not responsive. Is someone here able to get in touch with some casino representants? Vip manager L***S maybe ,with him I was talking on chat support but quickly after he answered few questions he turned the chatt support off. Like you know my account is blocked and funds confiscated but seems that he was saying about a widrawal request.
