What i saw in my unsolved complaint was that there where not so many tries to push the casino to respond, the debate with the casino was not strong,I saw there mostly my struggle than of you're colleague. Anyone can see that if you compare the outgoing one with the unsolved one.

Well, this is what I was talking about in my last post. None of those communications in many group chats or Skype calls are included in the complaint thread; it is a separate activity held outside the complaint thread. If I recall the events correctly, in your case, the casino did not even show a sign of compromises or further debates. The casino refused from the very beginning. We discussed your case almost every Wednesday during the regular call focused on severe or problematic cases. None of this changes the past, however.

I've checked the complain open for 4 months now and yesterday the casino failed to respond in 1 week term ,they send the answer 5 hours late ! They did that with me always, responding extremely late on my unsolved complain. This casino is definitely breaking all rules and agreements and is unlicensed! For almost 1 years Curaçao Gaming Authority refuse to answer to my emails and they don't connect the version of 1redeu.com with them.

I really don't know what all casino guru team is doing watching this nonsense from 1red.

I understand that you only see that from your perspective. Our perspective is different, and I believe I already explained that. Once we close the complaint as unresolved with this casino, other players will lose their opportunity to file complaints, especially since the casino already has a red warning indicating that the issue is known.

It is indeed sad that players keep playing there instead of checking the rating and complaints.

We are still trying to persuade the casino to take appropriate action; once the case is closed, there is no way back.

Don't get me wrong, I understand what you're saying, but there are other players we want to help. Your case was unfortunately closed.

I understand now why you keep the complain open even if the casino failed to respond in given time frame. Now everything make sense ,when they blocked my account they said to me there's nothing I can do only to ruin they're review that they worked hard to fake it. One more thing you're team should update they're license! For more than 6 months I've pointed that out and the casino is ruining without a valid license.

Regarding licenses, our system says it is licensed; there is a validator on their site. At least, it was licensed just a few months ago.

On the mirror sites from 1Red they dont have a license validation and they operate under Febonara Empire srl. However the payments on these mirror sites still go to Bets Entertainment NV. They only do this to avoid regulation and still accept players from restricted geo’s. Really sketchy stuff!

I've informed here few months before and I remember I have exactly the same response. For almost 1 year I checked them and they are running without license, I'm sure and they even confirmed

I understand that, but I have another perspective: Do you think that the information about the GCB license, which no longer exists, and the very poor safety index indicates that one should play there?

I guess it does not. To be fair and square, in my opinion, they switched licenses but are not showing the validator. I think it doesn't matter since they didn't pay you back when they were licensed.

They didn't had a license in 15 November last year when they blocked my account, because this I've contacted all gambling authorities and non of them confirmed that 1RedCasino is licensed. Curaçao, anjouan, mga and so on..ao the casino had once a license probably in 2023 but after that without new updates.

I can't proceed right now because I need to verify some details first:

the system indicates that it is licensed and it was updated in September 2025, with the validator active. However, I believe the validator is either not visible or only appears on a specific landing page, which could be interpreted as hiding the license from players; therefore, I will have it checked by the Data Team, because I understand it is important to be specific.

Please share the old ,expired licensing informations then? Because I can't find on internet nothing about, and if comes from you're department I trust those informations even if they are outdated.
