For me it’s mostly the bonus feature and how it builds up.

I like that feeling when you start collecting the fisherman symbols and the multipliers keep growing, it keeps you engaged instead of just spinning and hoping.

Also feels a bit more "active" compared to some other slots, like something is actually happening during the session, not just dead spins all the time.
