I deposited 25 euros that were not credited. The casino says that my bank has not yet completed the payment, which is not true. The payment was fully completed and also debited from my bank account. Now I have to wait 48 hours and get back to you. You probably don't know where my money is. I deposited with Sofortüberweisung (Nordapay) as in other casinos. It was credited in the same way in each one, just not here. It's probably because the owner has changed. This casino is now operated by Mountberg nv and no longer by Gammix. Will definitely not pay here again. I hope that the casino will pay me back my 25 euros because I can prove that it was no longer booked back into my bank account.

Unfortunately, the fun falls by the wayside here, since you are really logged out/offline every 15 minutes. The money continues to be deducted. Also, the bonus conditions are not very good. The Gammix Group has better casinos to offer. The RTP is also felt to be lower in some popular games and free spins are very difficult for you. Other games, on the other hand, run just fine.

Deposit after deposit, just lost, so not sure how they withdrawal works. Impossible to check that. Also they cashback bonus is just rogue. They say all player can get up to 25% cashback bonus every week. They have levels 1 to 20 and if you get that level 20 you get 25% cashback, nice ok. But to reach that level 20 you have deposit and lost 100.000€ a week. One hundred thousand euros!! A week!! I lost 400€ a week and get 2,5% cashback, its 10€. No more play here. I move on
