I redeemed my Casino Analysis rewards for a coupon offering 450 free spins at Eternal Slots, but the coupon would not activate. I contacted live chat and provided screenshots showing the reward and the issue.
Rather than helping me activate the coupon or investigating what had gone wrong, the representative was argumentative and dismissive, eventually ending the conversation with "Have a nice day."

I was surprised to log on here and see the low rating for this site. Not really sure why and my experience here has been better than expected so far. I have made about 6 deposits and 3 withdrawals and never had an issue.

It sucked. They had me do all this verify stuff to get my winnings . Then I did that and all the sudden a week later they wanted me to deposit 10 dollars before they cash me out ..
