Did you ever request a withdrawal from the casino before or this is the first one? Did the casino explain why can't you withdraw through Neteller?

I've checked the website and it should be able to use Neteller to withdraw in all Europe. But please note for the future, many casinos put a general table on their website and if you are able to deposit with a method, it doesn't mean that you can also you it for withdrawal - there are many factors like country of residence etc. for that.

Firstly, please note that we are not the casino. Also as I mentioned, many payments may be available for deposit only and restricted for withdrawal. Unfortunately sometimes the casino can't control the fees as it depends on many factors as country of residence of casino/player and the regulations within it. Did you try to ask the casino if there is any other way to withdraw for i.e. by crypto which should be with minimal or no fee?

Unfortunately the payment processor determines which methods are available per country. This can cause some issues where a method is available for deposit but not withdrawal.

I have received information from our Finance department, and the issue is that the account details the customer is providing seem to be a business account.


We don’t do third party transfers, thus we need to send the money to a personal account with the same details as what are registered on the casino account.


Please refer to our Terms and Conditions:

#5 "Deposits are accepted in the members' name only. Using a payment method in a different name other than the name on the account is forbidden."
