To start, the website wasn't in English. So I looked for something that looked like a menu, found and then turned on the English option. Very little of the page was translated, and switching back and forth didn't achieve anything. I pressed on, correctly guessed the button next to the log in was to sign up. Completed the form, although had to guess what date format to use as there was nothing to indicate which to use eg day or month first, and no limit set to either. The next screen asked for the otp sent to my phone, once entered the next button was to complete sign up. However as I didn't receive the otp code I wasn't able to do that. I then noted the support icon at the foot of the page and clicked for assistance; the pop up was not in English, guessed they wanted my name and auto fill told me to enter my phone number under that so I did. But of course this wasn't an English speaking support person. I entered the problems as basically as I could word them - starting with the obvious language issue, and waited for a reply. And waited. I gave up in the end, but I think I made a pretty good effort. And that's why the rating I've given it is what it is.
