Crazy 777 is a minimalist slot game from TaDa Gaming. The theme and setting draw from classic mechanical slots from the distant past.
The symbols are typical of these one-armed bandits, with Bar symbols and lucky 7s dominating the simple three-reel layout (albeit with a fourth special reel).
This slot will appeal to players who like their slots simple, with little clutter on the screen, or too many features to keep track of.
The graphics of Crazy 777 are anything but crazy. The simplicity of the setup has lent itself to detail, as well as high-quality (and high-resolution) graphics. The advantage of not having to animate too many things is that the image quality can be excellent.
The sounds have a nice weight to them, giving the player some of the feel of playing something with real heft instead of a mere digital simulation.
This slot doesn't do much with its sound and visuals, but what it does do, it does very well.
Crazy 777 is a three-reel slot played with a single win line in a single row. Players must hit three matching symbols in a row to win a prize.
Regular symbols come in three types—Lucky 7s, Bars, and Blanks. Blanks do not win the player anything. The 7s and Bars come in various kinds. The player can win for a mixture of 7s symbols, but the biggest prizes are reserved for rows of symbols all of the same kind.
Crazy 777 slot's main special feature is that there is a fourth reel with special symbols that influence any winning combination on the main reels. This can add multipliers, additional free spins, or cash prizes.
The maximum win on any given round is capped at 100,000x of the player's bet. However, due to the low variance of this slot, which is very low, the likelihood of ever coming close to this amount is minimal.
Crazy 777 does not have Wilds or Bonuses. There is a free respin feature in the base game that can award 1-5 respins if a player wins something on the main reels and the Respin symbol lands on the special fourth reel.
TaDa gaming does not specify the return to player (RTP) of Crazy 777. This is usually a very bad sign and would steer us away from a recommendation. You may find that specific casinos can set the RTP, in which case you will need to check the small print on their website to ensure the RTP is not too low.
The range of bets on the site we tested ran from a minimum bet per spin of $/£/€0.06 up to a maximum of $/£/€192.00 per spin. The range is a little unusual, but so is this slot!
Crazy 77 is a low volatility slot, making it a poor match for our preferred slot machine strategies. Our slot strategies target the highest possible volatility.
Crazy 777 is a simple slot for simple folk. If you like your game stripped down and easy to play then this slot might be for you. But only if you can get past Crazy 777's considerable downsides.
Unfortunately, you do have to tackle the very low volatility, which makes this game a poor choice for any player who uses our preferred slot strategies.
The biggest problem though is the lack of RTP data. RTP is the single most important factor when choosing a slot and without this information, we cannot recommend this slot.
