Case summary

The player from Norway encounters a significant issue with Yeet casino when a slot game, "Lokum Rush," incorrectly displays a $480 win but credits him only $145.3. After contacting support multiple times over several days, he receives a vague response stating that a visual glitch occurred, and the game calculations were correct, which he disputes as unreasonable and unsatisfactory.

I was spinning the slot game "Lokum Rush" on Yeet casino, a new slot by the provider Popiplay. I was playing on a base bet size of $0.20 and a total bet of $0.60 because of the bonus boost ante bet.

I landed a bonus round and everything seemed to be going normally, on the final spin of the bonus I had a tumble win of $1.2 with a multiplier of 400x (10x x10 x4) totaling to a $480 win on that spin. (This game has similar mechanics to games like Sweet Bonanza, except the multipliers themselves can get multiplied)

The game did all the proper animations and added up the win and multiplier ect, showed me the $480 win and absolutely nothing was off or indicative of the game being in a bugged state but when the bonus round actually ended and the total started adding up, it displayed a completely wrong amount of $145.3, where this number came from I have no idea, the entire bonus round up until the last spin paying $480 had only paid about $5~. I even managed to capture the game still showing the $480.00 win in the background behind the total count up at the end of the bonus.

I quickly contacted their live support who at first did not understand me at all but said they would contact the game provider to confirm the issue, so I was ok with that.

A few days pass and I decided to contact them to ask for an update and also to clarify the issue I had and was told "they would make a note on the ticket" so already I was feeling like they had put incorrect information in my ticket before and I asked multiple times for a bet ID or some kind of identifier for the bet I placed and they simply would not provide it to me 😕

More days pass with no information until today, it has been 7 days from the time the bug happened and I ask them again for an update, again I am told they are waiting for the provider and so I started letting the support know that I think 7 days for an issue like this is kind of a long time, again telling them I feel sus that they wont give me a bet ID ect, and then I ask them when the provider tells you its bugged are you guys going to actually pay me or am I just wasting my time waiting for an answer and they give me a very vague non-answer ofcourse.

Then suddenly like the weirdest timing in the world right after they said they were still waiting, right after I start telling them Im getting more sus of this, right after asking if they were even going to pay me... suddenly they have a response from the provider!

"I have heard back from the team, and the provider has gotten back to us with:

"The Provider checked this issue and concluded that there was a visual issue in the game where the multiplier was displayed incorrectly. This affected only the UI animation and did not affect the game calculation. The round was calculated correctly, and the win amount credited to the player's balance is correct.

Timestamp in UTC: 24.06.2026 23:11:11

Bet amount: 0.6 USD

Win amount: 145.3 USD

The issue has now been fixed.

The Provider apologizes for any confusion"

I understand this isn't what you were hoping to hear after the wait, so I do apologize for the disappointment"

So they confirm that I did experience what I said I did... also how the hell is it "fixed"? its clearly not fixed if I wasn't paid lmfao.

Very convenient that what would have been a massive 2,400x win is just a visual glitch all of a sudden. I just have to not believe my own eyeballs? and trust "yeah sorry m8 actually that win was supposed to be waaaayy less" this is completely insane, $340 is ALOT of money to short on someones win, especially on a 20 cent base bet they shorted me 1700x my bet thats INSANE

I have never ever in many years of playing online slots, experienced a bug like this where I was literally paid less than what the game said I won and I don't believe their response in this case is in any way reasonable.

I will include the screenshot I managed to get of the game displaying the wrong amount, while still showing the big win in the background, and I will include my responses from yeet support where they screwed me around for 7 days just to say they are not paying me, after confirming I did in fact experience the bug I described.

Frankly due to the bizarre timing of suddenly "there is a response ready" as soon as I start telling them I am losing patience and the fact they couldn't provide me with SOME kind of identifier for my bet leads me to doubt they even truly contacted the provider 😕

Dear Squingol, Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please forward any supporting evidence, such as screenshots or videos, possibly your game history with the exact time of the incident along with any relevant communication to attila.g@casino.guru? Have you stopped playing right after the incident?

Meanwhile, please check our article explaining "How slot machines are programmed" https://casino.guru/how-slot-machines-work-math#how-are-slot-machines-programmed and maybe it’ll help to understand how servers communicate with players and what issues might occur on the way. Please understand that without any supporting evidence, we can’t proceed further with this case as it would be close to impossible to confront the casino.

Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Best regards,

Attila
