I am asking Casino Guru for one thing only: payment of the money that remained in my YEET account when access was removed.
I was the one who first asked YEET to stop my gambling access, protect the remaining balance, manually pay the funds to my established USDT/BSC withdrawal route, and keep the account permanently closed.
YEET then removed my access and permanently closed the account.
The money was not paid.
A preserved native YEET account record shows an account balance of 710 USDT before closure. Further play occurred afterwards, so I am not claiming that 710 USDT is necessarily the exact final closing balance. YEET controls the internal ledger and can determine the exact amount that remained when access was removed.
After losing access, I repeatedly asked YEET to check that ledger and pay the remaining funds. I repeated the request through live support and in writing on 17, 22, 24 and 27 August 2026.
I am not asking for the account to be reopened. I am not asking Casino Guru to review the closure.
I only want the remaining money paid.
I ask Casino Guru to contact YEET and require them to:
1. determine the exact closing balance from YEET's own ledger;
2. pay the complete amount immediately through the established USDT/BSC withdrawal route already provided to YEET; and
3. provide the BSC transaction hash after payment.
If YEET claims that the payable balance is zero or that any amount was deducted or forfeited, then YEET should provide Casino Guru with the complete closing ledger showing exactly what happened to the funds.
Requested resolution: immediate payment of the complete closing balance. The account can remain permanently closed.
