I am submitting this complaint regarding the confiscation of my legitimate winnings totaling €670.56 by XLBet. I am a genuine player from Finland, playing with my own verified identity and details. Recently, XLBet confiscated my balance of €670.56, citing a breach of terms and conditions (Rule 3.20 regarding the use of VPNs or IP masking software). I have never installed or intentionally used any VPN software to hide my location, bypass restrictions, or deceive the casino. The system flag was caused by Apple's built-in iOS privacy feature, iCloud Private Relay, which was active on my iPhone. iCloud Private Relay is an automatic operating system security feature for Apple devices, not an intentional VPN service or geo-spoofing software. I played entirely from Finland, and there was absolutely no fraudulent intent or attempt to gain an unfair advantage. I have communicated with XLBet support both via live chat and formal email. I explained that this was an automatic iPhone setting, which I have now completely disabled. Despite acknowledging my sincerity, XLBet refused to pay out my winnings and issued a final negative decision. Confiscating genuine player winnings over a default iOS system setting is completely disproportionate when no fraud or breach of location rules actually occurred. I request XLBet to review this case in good faith and pay out my confiscated winnings of €670.56.
