I have a complaint,

I made a withdrawal request on 22 and 23 juli these were delayed and I recieved them on 13 and 15 of augustus.


On the 24th, 25th, 29th of juli. The 1st of augustus and the 16th of august I did withdrawal request and these are accepted after 4 days and I put in my bank information. Still today (21 augustus) the status is still "processing".


My account is verified, and after multiple mails with my vip manager there is still no answer why I still haven't recieved the withdrawal amount on my bank account.


It's been nearly a month now..

The payment method to withdraw that I use is Wiretransfer.

This method I used in the past and without problems.


I added the screenshot of my withdrawal history, but there more after these dates.

The amount is won without a active bonus.

Hi,




I have email contact with my vip-manager daily. But everytime the same answer (it's been busy and the withdrawals are delays).




Yesterday I recieved the withdrawals from 24 and 25 of July. It took 30 and 31 days so a large delay.




I still have withdrawals pending from later days. I hope I recieve them too soon.
