The player from Australia requested a withdrawal one month ago after depositing $2500 to Winsprits for gaming. Despite contacting customer support daily and having her KYC verified, her funds are still not credited to her account.
I deposited funds $2500 from my bank account to Winsprits for my account balance to play pokies on the app.
I deposited these funds on the 8th June 2026.
I have contacted them everyday via the chat and also the details I was sent, they still not have credited my account even after showing them the money deducted from my bank account, and all KYC is up to date and verified.
