Case summary

The player from Germany reports issues with Winnerz, claiming his account was locked after he raised concerns about a system error that caused a promised VIP freebet to disappear. He alleges that VIP support ignored his issue for days and retaliated by invoking "Responsible Gaming" rules to close his account when he threatened to withdraw.

To the Casino Guru and AskGamblers teams, and to warn fellow players: Stay far away from Winnerz. My experience with their VIP support has been nothing short of fraudulent in terms of customer handling.

After encountering a clear-cut system error where a promised freebet vanished from my account, I reached out to their VIP support. Instead of investigating or showing basic appreciation for years of loyalty, they ignored the core problem for days.

When I stated that I would close my account due to their blatant disrespect and lack of support, Winnerz pulled a cowardly, bad-faith move: They immediately locked my account under a fake pretext of "Responsible Gaming" rules. They weaponized responsible gaming policies purely to shut me down, dodge fixing their own technical glitch, and avoid paying out what was rightfully owed.

Following my public review on Trustpilot, Winnerz’s PR team crawled out of the woodwork with a copy-pasted corporate boilerplate response. They hypocritically asked for "details about the technical issue" and claimed they take matters seriously—despite having full access to all chat logs, dates, and ticket history in my file all along. They ignored my direct emails for days, only to put on a fake public show once their reputation was on the line.

Summary of the Dispute:

The Issue: A system error caused a promised VIP freebet to vanish.

The Support Failure: Days of being ignored by VIP support.

The Retaliation: Weaponizing "Responsible Gaming" to force-close the account the moment accountability was demanded, avoiding resolution.

The PR Hypocrisy: Publicly pretending to investigate on review platforms while refusing to honor commitments privately.

Winnerz does not care about high rollers, fairness, or transparency. The moment you hold them accountable for their own technical errors, they abuse regulatory frameworks to silence you. I am providing my full case history, emails, and logs to substantiate this claim.

Avoid Winnerz at all costs.

Note: I can not upload any Proofs unfortunately because I don’t have any accessibility to my account

Dear ernest_d,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I am sorry to hear about the difficulties you have experienced with Winnerz Casino.

To better understand your situation, could you please clarify a few points?

  • Was the disputed free bet related to sports betting, casino games, or slots?
  • Have you successfully completed the KYC verification process at this casino?
  • Did you have any remaining real-money balance in your casino account when it was restricted? If so, could you please specify the amount?

Thank you very much in advance for your cooperation. I look forward to your reply.
