Hello, I encountered an error some time ago but I didn't report it because the casino claims there is no error. On June 13, 2025, I played Olympus 1000 at the Winnerz casino. I won there with a maximum win of 3.00. That's what it showed. I should have won PLN 45,000. I won PLN 36,000. In the replay history, the multiplier is displayed as x12,000 when the maximum win on this game is set to 15,000. I was cheated out of PLN 9,000. So, in short, I won the maximum win on the Olympus 1000. The maximum win on this slot is 15,000x. Of course, when I enter the game, at the top while playing, it says 15,000x, but in the description there is a scam where the maximum win is 12,000x. Also, on the manufacturer's website, PragmaticPlay, when you launch the slot, it says 15,000x, and in the description it also says 15,000x. I should have won 45,000x.
