I requested a withdrawal of 1000.96 USDT on July 4, 2025 at Winna.com.

The site stated that the withdrawal would be processed within 24 hours.


As of now 05.07.2025, my request is still pending.

Support is completely unresponsive via both live chat and email.

They have not requested any KYC documents, and there is no communication or status update.


This is unacceptable behavior for a casino claiming to process fast USDT payouts.

I demand the immediate processing of my withdrawal or at least a clear explanation.

Please investigate and assist with this issue.
