The player from Portugal has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet.
I requested a withdrawal of 150€ on July 25. After several requests to follow up on other withdrawals, this one was canceled on August 5, and I had to submit a new withdrawal request. They said it was due to technical issues.
I still haven’t received the €150, and I have another withdrawal request for €300 from August 3 that they just canceled this morning!
I’m owed €450. Withdrawal requests canceled for no apparent reason.
Note that I’ve already made requests in exactly the same way at the same casino, and they were always paid within 48 hours.
I suspect the casino is canceling requests to delay payments because it forces customers to submit new requests with different dates!

Dear 442410,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Complaints Resolution Center
Good afternoon,
So should I just accept that it’s normal for them to cancel my withdrawals, forcing me to request new ones and wait another 14 days on top of what I’ve already waited?
In that case, I’ll have to wait 28 days—is that right?
Because if the request from July 25 was canceled (it’s now August 7, so 12 days have already passed) and I had to generate a new one—where the normal waiting period is 14 days—I’ll end up waiting 26 days!
Note that this is the second cancellation, and every time I generate a new withdrawal, the casino buys itself more time!
It’s no longer 14 days, but 28!
Dear 442410,
I hope you are doing well. As the recommended time frame has now passed, could you kindly update us on whether your withdrawal has successfully been received or if there have been any new developments regarding your case? Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.
Thank you for the update. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions so I can understand the situation.
Thank you very much in advance for your reply.
