I have been trying to withdraw my money for several weeks now, without success.


It is extremely concerning how easy it is to deposit funds, yet so complicated to withdraw them. I am unable to withdraw to the same account I used to deposit from — why is that? I was also informed that I cannot withdraw using crypto, which makes no sense considering the flexibility of your deposit methods.


Furthermore, I am unable to withdraw to my bank account in Lithuania, and not even to my Norwegian account. What exactly is going on?
