Case summary

The player from Ontario had encountered issues with her winnings from a bonus, where the casino had initially communicated specific conditions for withdrawal but later imposed new, contradictory terms. After she had fulfilled the initial requirements, she was then faced with additional deposit and wagering demands, which led to confusion and multiple conflicting messages from the casino. The casino's bonus terms were reviewed, confirming that a minimum deposit equal to the bonus winnings and subsequent wagering was required for withdrawal, which aligned with their stated rules. The issue was resolved after clarifying that the casino's application of the 40 CAD deposit requirement for bonus winnings was consistent with their terms. The complaint was marked as resolved following the player's confirmation.

I won from playing a bonus and was told I had to make the minimum deposit based on their deposit page and wager 5x and then I'd be able to withdraw full winning but later told the max was 50 euros which is 80 Canadian but then after I fulfilled my obligations to meet the terms given to me after requesting a withdrawal I was told to make another larger deposit and wager that so they added new terms after I was completed then I have gotten several emails telling me different things and giving me another set of terms, I have all the chat screen shot and all emails each one from a different person with something different to tell me and keep rejecting my request, it's a joke and the level of incompetence is so crazy you'd think your on hidden camera episode and being punked! Absolutely insane

Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about the problem you're experiencing. Please allow me to ask you a few questions to clarify your situation.

  • Could you please send me a link or a screenshot of the bonus you activated and played with? How did you find this bonus? Was it available directly on the casino website, received via promotional email, or found on a third-party website advertising casino offers?
  • Which payment method did you use to deposit money into this casino?
  • How many deposits did you make after attempting to withdraw your winnings? Did you use only one payment method or several different methods?
  • Please note that winnings from no-deposit bonuses are usually subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. Additionally, if you had not deposited at the casino before, the casino may have requested a small deposit to verify you as the owner of the selected payment method.

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards

Veronika

This has been going on since March so I can't remember what bonus was and they deleted from my account history, it used to be there and now going back to the actual date it's no longer in my history and I made 1 verification deposit via interac which I was told based on deposit method I need to make the minimum and interac has a minimum of $15 so I deposited and wagered 5 times and tried to withdraw all winnings but I'm only allowed to withdraw 50 euros or equivalent which is $80 Canadian but I should get my deposit back as well but at this point I've requested multiple times $80 and keeps getting rejected and then I keep getting new terms and different amounts I need to deposit after I already fulfilled the terms in which I was told in the beginning. I haven't made another deposit because then what I do that and then they change the terms again? No way! This has been outrageous and I appreciate you looking into it. You will see the different amounts I've been told including the minimum $15 by 2 people , 1 being via email after I had already completed the terms. Very frustrating to say the least

Thanks again

Thank you for the additional information.

I have reviewed the Terms and Conditions of WikiLuck Casino, and this is what I found regarding the free spin winnings:

8.7. WikiLuck may, at its sole discretion, decide to give free spins to its customers as a present. In that case, the customers might be required to perform a minimum deposit equal to the winnings gained as a consequence of the free spins, and to wager the deposit in question 5 times before any withdrawals of winnings are permitted.

I understand your concern regarding the difference between the minimum deposit shown in the deposit section (15 CAD) and the required deposit amount of 40 CAD connected to your free spin winnings.

It is important to distinguish between the two different types of rules applied by the casino:

The minimum deposit shown in the deposit section refers to general payment processing conditions. This means the lowest amount that can be successfully processed through a selected payment method for standard deposits.

However, bonus-related transactions are governed by separate bonus terms and conditions. In this case, clause 8.7 of WikiLuck Casino’s bonus rules specifies that in order to withdraw winnings obtained from free spins, a minimum deposit equal to the bonus winnings (in this case 40 CAD, which is the maximum allowed win amount) may be required.

When a player accepts a bonus, the bonus terms form a separate contractual agreement that applies specifically to bonus funds and takes precedence over general deposit rules.

For this reason, the casino applying the 40 CAD requirement in relation to bonus winnings is in line with its stated bonus terms.
