Thank you for your response and for looking into my complaint.


Yes, my player account is accessible to me. The issue was initially related to my KYC verification, which caused a delay in accessing my funds.


After several follow-ups, WikiLuck confirmed that my account is now fully verified. Regarding the address update, I contacted their support team as directed by the KYC team. I explained that I had already updated the address on my account and requested them to review the address against the utility bill provided.


The KYC/Verification Team previously stopped responding to my messages, and I did not receive any further feedback or communication from them for some time. I experienced delays and was redirected between departments before the verification was finally completed.


My current issue is that my withdrawal of 210 USD has not been approved, it has remained unpaid for over 3 days. I have contacted them regarding the delay, but I am still waiting for the funds to be processed.
