This casino thrives on non gamstop addicts. I have told them more than once to close my account indefinitely due to serious gambling issues. They sent me some massive form filled with rubbish. I told them no I need it closed now for good. They say the max is 30 days this is vile and disgusting. I’ve begged them over the last few months and still they take take take. It’s really disgusting I don’t even know the amount I’ve deposited since opening but I know I’ve contacted them for help to close over 20 times. And still nothing. I think it may have closed once but obviously max is a month then they start sending me emails luring me back in. I feel sick . I know you won’t get me a penny back but it’s for awareness for others.

Hi there I didn’t make any request to the casino for anything yet. I had ongoing issue with a slot malfunctioning waiting for that to be sorted. Account still fully accessible and let me deposit on Friday was my last deposit.

There’s no way for me to check how much I’ve deposited since then on site. So no idea the actual amount that I’ve put in since telling them about my issues. Constant emails with deals even after telling them about my struggles. Disgraceful company who’s robbing people with issues
