Hello, I wanted to withdraw money from this website on 29.09.2025, and then they required me to do an online verification with my ID, face selfie, etc. I did everything, and it was approved. Then I withdrew my money — €729. Three days later, they sent me an email to **********7@outlook.de asking for many documents such as my credit card and MiFinity account, etc. I sent all the documents very clearly and exactly as they requested.


One day later, I saw that my withdrawal was cancelled — without any explanation or email. I contacted the support team, but the support is horrible; it could give someone a heart attack. They only respond with things like "wait" or "another department," and absolutely nothing else. I spent hours trying to get help, just to know why, but got no useful response — can you imagine?


Then I tried again to withdraw and sent the documents again. The same thing happened. I tried a third time and a fourth time — the same result. The support doesn’t help and doesn’t say anything useful, as if they want to tell me, "Go away, we scammed you."


This betting site has horrible reviews. Please help.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hello, its not about waiting, i absolutely can wait thats no problem. But they rejected my withdrawal 4 times and then they ask me for the same documents a allready sent .its like circle so waiting make no sense. I sent you everything the proof of that i sent the documents 4 times and the chat with the support which is 0 helpful like they only tell me wait. Like waiting for what? Like they didnt told me they need something else or if there is problem only wait. So as this casino has so much negative reviews even here am afraid that they are scammers.

i sent all the documents and they dont tell me if they need anything else . Every time when i try to withdraw money they sent me to send them the same documents as before, after i sent them they cancel the withdrawal without telling me any reason.

i dont have any active bonus the 729 are real money

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process. 

Could you please advise which documents you have already provided and when exactly did you send the last one?

Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format?

Hello, sorry but are you siding with them? I mean i read like 20 articles online about this bet site because they are scam. And i sent you some of them. There is no account verification section in weltbet. I explained allready twice that i sent all the documents they requested . 14 Emails and more !!!!!!. If something messing they should sent me email which document they need and i will send it. But there is no support , only bots and scammers. This problem happend with alot of customers i read the same. Thats why now investigation is on this site even the german and european authorities are after them. They are scammers.

look please, i come here everyday for 16 days asking them ( why my withdrawal was cancelled ) and the dont answer. They are bots as all people online say, and if they are human they are scammers. I have never seen in my life scammers like this. They enjoy scamming people.

here again i explain this for the 4th time :

Hello, no they dont response, as i see alot of customers online are having the same problem. This Casino is Scam and as i sent above the german and european Authorities are behind them. Sadly most of their Team are located in Russia so they know what they are doing.

„ The company’s current practice not only breaches the GlüStV but also risks violating the German Criminal Code (StGB), particularly Section 284, Paragraph 1, which prescribes severe penalties, including fines and imprisonment, for offering unlicensed gambling services. The severity of these infractions necessitates that we consider notifying the Public Prosecutors Office in Munich ( Isabelle Oestreicher ) to evaluate the initiation of criminal proceedings. „ as i searched online also , the European authorities are after them for selling the information like passport copies etc… . These people should get in Prison for all this criminal activities.
