I deposited $1,000 and got a $1,000 bonus for the first welcome bonus. I wagered the full bonus and kept in paying with real money. I never got notification about a 10x max win limit or that my winnings were adjusted after completing the wagering. I won $20,000 over the period of 4 or 5 days. When my KYC was completed and I requested the withdrawal they did the max win limit. I believe it’s unfair as I wagered the full amount and the money I majority of the money I won was after the bonus was wagered.
