I am writing again regarding my €500 withdrawal request made on June 9, which is still marked as "successful" in your system, yet I have not received any funds in my account.


I have now waited 6 full business days, and I have received an official response from Paysera, confirming that:


No SWIFT payment has been received

No pending or reserved transaction exists

Only the sender (you) can initiate a trace or investigation



Even for international SWIFT transfers, the maximum expected time is 5–7 business days. As of today, this delay is no longer acceptable, and I kindly but firmly ask for one of the following:


An official SWIFT payment confirmation with a traceable reference number

A clear statement confirming that the payment has not been sent yet

An exact timeframe when this issue will be resolved.

Update – Day 9: Still no payment and no clear response from the casino


It has now been 9 days since my €500 withdrawal was marked as "successful" by Vulkan Vegas on June 9.


Since then:


I have not received any money to my bank account

I have not received any confirmation (MT103) or proof that the funds were actually sent

The casino keeps replying that the case is with their payments team, but no new information or timeline is ever provided



This situation is extremely frustrating. I have contacted my payment provider (Paysera), and they confirmed again today that no incoming transfer is pending or received.


At this point, I kindly ask for Casino Guru’s help in pressuring the casino to either:


Provide immediate proof of payment, or

Re-process the withdrawal if it was never truly sent



Thank you for your support. I will continue updating this complaint until it is resolved.

Today marks the 10th day since my €500 withdrawal request from Vulkan Vegas was marked as successful. However, I have still not received the funds, nor have I received any response from the casino regarding where the money might be or when I can expect a resolution.


Could you please advise how much longer I might have to wait for this issue to be resolved? I would greatly appreciate your help in getting some clarity on this matter.
