I have a vip status in this casino. They send me vip bonuses. I had made may deposits. When I tried to make a withdrawal they blocked my account. This casino is a scam. They told me i have two accounts. The first one is closed permanently one year ago. I tried to unlock it and they told me from customer support that i will have to open a new one. So i did. They verified my new account. Also they send me vip bonuses. They accepted my deposits. When i tried to make a withdrawal they blocked my account.

Today they returned my account balance (1500 euros) but they blocked my account permanently. I believe that the problem is solved. I got my money but not my account. Fair enough.
