They block account without any purpose if you win too much.

Plus is they let to withdraw money...

they ban accounts refering to the regulations:

13.5 The Company may cancel your Account, including your username and password, - immediately and without notice:


13.5.1. if for any reason we decide to stop providing the Services generally or specifically to you;

Verde casino, this is my last withdraw

Casino didn’t let me play any games, after they withdraw my money they blocked


accounfile.

Any casino may stop providing services to the end-user, as long as the balance of the player is zero.

So, we are not sure why you've specified the disputed amount of 2k eur...

I didn’t have zero on account. My complain is about why you blocked my account, while I had money on it. I couldn’t play games or send more money. After withdraw you banned my account with no reason.

Please note that any casino may block your account without any reason given if there is no remaining balance left on the account and there is nobody who can do anything against it.

They blocked my account with no reason when I had money on account. They let me withdraw money and after that they blocked it so I can not log in.


the problem is that they block accounts if you win to much money 😉

Yes that what I explained in my previous post - they can close your account without any reason given if you have no funds on it. As you have been paid out, they can do anything with the account and nobody has right to change their decision.

The complaint will be now closed as the conclusion has been already explained twice.
