Hello, i made 3 withdrawls in sum of 490 euro (200,200,90) on 26.12.2024. on 27.12.2024 the casino worked on the cashout withdrawls and was reduced from the balance. In their rules stand and also the people from chat told me that the money ihas to be on my skrilö account until 27.12.2024 10:41 utc time. But the money was never here. So i asked in the chat again and then they allways tell the same stand copy paste messages. I also already contacted police and lawyers. They broke their time rules now they say there are technical failures and nobody knows what is with the money. I asked skrill and they never got the money of verde casino. So verde casino like on many other posts online tried to ly on me. They dont help or try ro solve the problem. They also dont answered to many emails! Scam casino!

nobody can telll me what is with my money and when i get it!

i need it at least until today!


i already contacted now police and lawyers and will make process against verde casino!

I am complete verificated kyc ! And the maximum time for cashouts by sum of under 499 euro is 2 days! It stand on their page too! And i also got this information by the people from support! They try to find a way not to cash me the money! There are lots of posts on trustpilot about verde casino and their tr to fake! I havw lots of facts that show that i am in the right and that they try to fake! I also be skrill gold user and then i have a personal manager which can check all for me and verde casino told me the money was already send to skrill. There was never a money from them i have a payout list of the last 10 days where i can see all! So they ly! If i dont get the money until today 18:00 police in cyprus will make a razzia there at verse casino!
