I am submitting this complaint regarding two withdrawals from VegasStars that have been marked as "paid/processed" by the casino, but I have still not received the funds.
I am a Canadian player in New Brunswick and requested withdrawals from my VegasStars account totaling approximately $13,500. The withdrawals were initially subject to a withdrawal limit, but VegasStars subsequently allowed the full balance to be withdrawn.
The withdrawals were processed/marked as paid by VegasStars beginning around August 31, 2026, at approximately 3:16 a.m. I received confirmation from the casino that the withdrawals had been paid and was advised that the funds would be sent by Interac e-Transfer. I was expecting two transfers, approximately $10,000 and $3,500.
VegasStars support advised me that once marked as paid, the transfers could take approximately 1–5 business days to arrive. I have repeatedly contacted their support team because the funds have still not arrived. Despite following up multiple times, I have not received a satisfactory explanation or confirmation of where the funds currently are.
I have checked my bank account and there are no incoming Interac e-Transfers from VegasStars. I have also contacted my bank regarding the possibility of an incoming transfer being held or under review, but there is currently nothing showing on my account.
I have continued communicating with VegasStars and have provided them with opportunities to resolve the issue. Their responses continue to indicate that the payments have been processed/paid, but the money has not actually reached me.
At this point, I am asking Casino Guru to investigate the situation and assist me in obtaining the withdrawals. I am not disputing any legitimate verification or banking procedures; I simply want clear evidence of the payment and, most importantly, to receive the funds that VegasStars has confirmed were paid.
I can provide screenshots of the withdrawal history, emails from VegasStars confirming the withdrawals were paid, correspondence with support, and any other documentation required to verify the situation.
The total amount currently outstanding is approximately $13,500 CAD.
