Many reviews here already have the same problems. Started withdrawal on 28th October. Declined due to "technical" error. Subsequent declined withdrawals followed with varied excuse. The latest being my bank have declined the payment on their end. Not the case. Too many support emails to mention and I have now requested all ARN numbers to try and prove that transactions were at least attempted. No answer from Vegas Hero for this and I've made this request multiple times now. I'm 3 weeks in with the back and forward and not ready to give up yet. I should note, my bank have not declined any payments back to my account. Based on others experience here I assume I'm yet another victim to their stalking tactics. Also should note account is verified too.

Hi.


1. No successful withdrawals from the site

2. Tried using a different withdrawal method and the system they use tells me that the method is not registered and to contact support. Done this and no help offered.

3. Customer support cut and paste very similar if not the same message about technical errors or finance department busy

4. Email received on 11th which told me the last attempt was cancelled and that previous cancellations have been done by me, yes this is indeed correct as I tried to explore using other methods to to avail.


To note. I have had no problems recieving withdrawals to this same bank account from other sites.

Update.


Not sure how you done it but Casino Guru clearly prompted Vegas Hero to pay out. And wouldn't you know it, money paid in full to the account that apparently kept rejecting my payment. This process with Vegas hero has been back and forward for almost four weeks and they eventually stopped responding to my emails. Most would have given up and admitted defeat but I hope this review helps those in the same position. Please use Casino Guru. It took less than 5 days with me submitting my complaint to being paid in full. Thank you
