The player from Greece has had his account closed without explanation since January and has submitted all required verification documents, but has not received any updates after nearly two months. He also sent an email four days ago inquiring about the situation but has not received a response.

They closed my account without explanation at the end of January.

They asked for some documents for verification and I have sent them all.

But nothing happened. I am waiting for almost 2 months. Also I send them email 4 days before to ask what is happening and no one answering.
