Hi Karla, no i have not recieved my funds.
PLEASE NOTE , CASINO WAS NOT LISTED ON CASINO GURU, BUT IS A PARTNER AFILIATE OF KING BILLY
this is the casino im complaining about below
https://tombriches.com/en
I found this casino through Kingbilly casino affiliate https://kingbilly.partners/
which advertised tombriches Withdrawal time with methods
E-wallets - Instant, Credit/debit cards - 1-2 business days, Bank transfer - 3-7 business days
Upon my first withdawl attempt i noticed no Bank transfer option, only crypto and bank card, so i selected bank card.
5 withdrawl requests failed and they gave the excuse of an error with thier payment provider.
After many emails asking for update, they replied with
"After reviewing your account, it appears that there are restrictions tied to your withdrawal method, since the system is showing that your balance has a limited capacity. Perhaps there is a restriction on your card from your bank, We recommend contacting your bank about this issue"
I new this was not the case but enquired with my bank anyway who informed me that no such action exists of restricting an account of incoming payments, which i already new.
So clearly a false stalling tactic from the casino.
The next thing i was advised to do was-
"we recommend that you try to split the amount into two requests, as this may be the reason for the rejection on the payment provider's side" which still failed.
I was then asked to upload photo of my card, which had already been done way back and fully verified,
so i just did it again to avoid more issues.
The next reply was-
"At the moment, the payment method previously used (Mastercard) is experiencing technical limitations on our side, which means we’re unfortunately unable to process withdrawals through Mastercard right now.
For this reason, we kindly need to ask you to use a Visa card instead, as Visa payments are currently supported and working without issues.
it’s simply the only available way for us to proceed with your withdrawal at this time. Once the Visa card is provided, we’ll be able to move forward immediately"
This meant i would have to open an account with a different bank ANZ, but before i went to the trouble of acquiring it, i enquired further about the details for when i provide the visa card.
They replied-
"ANZ bank has a 67% conversion rate, so we would say this is a good option; Other banks have a low sample for pay-outs"
I didnt understand this information as it didnt make any sense,
so i asked for an explanation
They replied-
"We have also contacted the payment provider regarding your question, and they recommended using ANZ Bank, as it has the best success rate for accepting payouts to Visa cards.
Sorry for confusing you. The conversion rate means the level of payout success"
I have never known such a thing as a %level rate for payout success from a bank.
Their policy either accepts or dosent, NOT sometimes as the casino claimed.
This is obviosly unacceptable
This further increased my belief of delay tactics with clear deliberate attempts to miss-lead.
Im continuously told that they are working on it.
Ive notified the casino of my intent to take other action with casino guru and license regulators ect.
Please help
Thanks Steven
